How to add a license plate to your account…
If you created your Parking Hero account before July 15, 2024, this guide is for you! We’ve added a new feature to make Parking Hero even easier to use. Now, fellow Parking Heroes can enter your license plate number to notify you about ongoing situations—no need to scan a QR code (although that still works)!!
Steps to Add Your License Plate
1) Login to Your Account:
• Go to Parking Hero Login
• Enter your email and password, then click “Login.”
2) Navigate to the License Plate Section:
• Scroll down and tap on the “Your License Plate” button.
3. Enter Your License Plate:
• Input your license plate number in the provided field and click “Submit.”
All done! 😀 Now, if a fellow Parking Hero sees your car in a precarious situation, they just need to enter your license plate to reach you via text. Rest easy knowing your car is covered by the Parking Hero community.
